How It Works:

2. Choose Your Service Level
Full Service - $399 + court filing fee $425
If you prefer not to handle notarization and court filing yourself, consider our Full Service plan We handle all documents and filing, ensuring you and your spouse do not need to go to court. We make sure all documents are accurate and complete.
1. After You Pay:
• Answer additional questions.
• Submit your answers online.
2. Follow the Case Processing Instructions:
• Step 1: Our legal team reviews your answers.
• Step 2: Our legal team prepares all your divorce documents.
• Step 3: Our legal team sets up online notarization for both spouses. Notary sessions are usually 10 minutes long, and you and your spouse will have separate appointments, or you can complete it simultaneously.
• Step 4: We handle both the documents and the filing. We file your divorce in a county where you and your spouse don't need to go to court. We ensure all documents are accurate and complete.
After 20 days, you will be divorced.
Online Divorce Service - $149
Complete your divorce paperwork entirely online with the help of our experienced lawyers. This service allows you to submit yourinformation through our secure platform and download prepared documents, ready for court submission.
1. After You Pay:
• Answer additional questions.
• Submit your answers online.
2. Then:
• Our legal team reviews your answers.
• Our legal team prepares all your divorce documents.
• Our legal team emails everything to you.
3. Next: Follow the Case Processing Instructions:
• Step 1: You and your spouse sign and notarize the documents (online notary is available through our services, or you can use a local notary)
• Step 2: Submit everything to the Circuit Court.
If you prefer not to handle notarization and court filing yourself, consider our Full Service plan for only $399 + court filing fee $425. We handle all documents and filing, ensuring you and your spouse do not need to go to court. We make sure all documents are accurate and complete.
Mail-In Document Service - $89:
Get all necessary divorce documents delivered to your doorstep, ready to sign. This fee covers printing and postage, offering a hassle-free way to receive your paperwork.
1. After You Pay:
Step 1: Document Review and Signature: Your divorce documents will be sent to your registered mailing address.
Step 2: Notarization: After signing, ensure the documents are notarized. This step validates your signature.
Step 3: Filing with the Court: Once notarized, file the documents with your local court to proceed with your divorce.
Additional Services
• Notarization Add-On - $60 ($30 per spouse): Available exclusively with our Online Divorce Service, this add-on ensures your documents are legally notarized without leaving your home.
• Total Cost for Core Services: $149. This includes access to our online platform, communication with our legal team, and attorney preparation of all divorce documents.
